Job Responsibilities
Receiving & Inspection
- Unpack incoming customer shipments and prepare tools for the repair process.
- Accurately log received items using the SAP system (training provided).
Shipping & Fulfillment
- Prepare and package outbound shipments with proper documentation and labeling.
- Complete Hazmat paperwork for applicable shipments (UPS, FedEx, LTL).
Inventory & Material Handling
- Assist with warehouse and inventory control of spare parts and packaging materials.
- Organize and replenish packaging supplies to ensure availability and accessibility.
Workplace Organization & Safety
- Maintain a clean, organized work environment in line with 5S standards (Sort, Set in order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain).
- Follow all safety protocols and contribute to continuous improvement using LEAN practices.
Team Collaboration & Performance
- Support team goals by completing tasks efficiently and meeting KPIs.
- Participate in cross-functional tasks and perform other duties as assigned.
Work Environment
- Temperature-controlled warehouse (heating & air conditioning).
- Workshop environment may include noise, dust, and other particles.
Safety Requirements
- Comply with all client and OSHA safety regulations.
- Proper labeling and handling of hazardous materials per policy.
- Must wear steel-toe boots, safety glasses, gloves, and other PPE as required.
Physical Requirements
- Regular heavy lifting of 50 lbs, with occasional lifting up to 75 lbs.
- Ability to operate warehouse material handling equipment and assist with truck loading/unloading.
- Must tolerate prolonged standing, repetitive bending, reaching, and climbing ladders.
Skills & Qualifications
- Comfortable using computers and software tools.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Experience operating power equipment (e.g., pallet jack).
- Effective oral communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to maintain integrity, urgency, and innovation in work.
- Strong sense of responsibility and commitment.
