Job Title: Benefits Administrator
We are seeking a highly skilled and organized individual to join our team as the Benefits Administrator at South Peninsula Hospital.
Nature and Scope:
The Benefits Administrator will coordinate and manage all functions associated with the development, implementation, and administration of the organization's benefits and incentives program. This includes performing strategic, technical, and administrative duties in the Human Resources department, assisting in coordination and communication on joint activities with other departments, and supporting the Director of Human Resources in organizing, planning, developing, and implementing various human resource projects and events related to employee benefits and incentives programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage all functions associated with the development, implementation, and administration of the organization's benefits and incentives program.
- Perform strategic, technical, and administrative duties in the Human Resources department.
- Assist in coordination and communication on joint activities with other departments.
- Support the Director of Human Resources in organizing, planning, developing, and implementing various human resource projects and events related to employee benefits and incentives programs.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or related field.
- Work Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience as a benefit administrator (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
- Licenses and Certifications: PHR, SPHR, or SHRM-CP/SCP required within two years of employment.
