Line Cooks

Variable days of the week - 5 x 8s - Line cooking/short order cooking. "Room Service Model"

Two Shifts - AM 5:00am - 1:30pm; PM 10:30am to 7:00pm - Crossed Trained

3-5 years experience. Hospital experience preferred

HS diploma preferred, Servsafe or food handler certificate preferred, understanding of kitchen culture and procedures, Bilingual is a plus (English and Spanish), sanitation and safety, rule oriented, teamwork.

Education and Work Experience:

• High School Education/GED or equivalent: Preferred
• Associate?s/Technical Degree in culinary arts or equivalent combination of education/related experience: Preferred

Licenses/Certifications:

• SERV Safe certification or equivalent: Preferred
