Body Shop Estimator
Job Summary:
The Body Shop Estimator at DELLA Auto Group will be responsible for accurately estimating the costs and time for repairing damaged vehicles in our body shop. This is a full-time, individual contributor role in the automotive industry, located in Plattsburgh, New York. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a thorough understanding of auto body repair processes.

Responsibilities:
- Accurately assess and estimate damage on all types of vehicles
- Prepare written and electronic estimates using industry-approved software
- Communicate effectively with customers, insurance companies, and team members regarding repair needs, costs, and timelines
- Monitor progress of repairs and ensure work is completed within agreed-upon time frames
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless repair process
- Prepare and submit all necessary documentation to insurance companies and other relevant parties
- Maintain accurate records of repair orders, invoices, and payments
- Provide exceptional customer service and attend to any concerns or questions that may arise
- Ensure that all repairs meet company and industry standards for quality and safety
