Automotive Sales Manager
Job Summary:
The Automotive Sales Manager at DELLA Auto Group in Queensbury, New York is a full-time individual contributor role in the auto industry. Responsibilities:
- Manage and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets.
- Develop and implement sales strategies and programs to increase dealership revenue.
- Train and onboard new sales associates, ensuring they are knowledgeable about the dealership's products and sales processes.
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify areas of improvement and make necessary adjustments.
- Oversee the negotiation and closing of sales deals.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing coaching and development for the sales team.
