Job Summary:
The Master Honda Technician at DELLA Auto Group is a skilled individual responsible for performing various repair and maintenance tasks on vehicles in a timely and efficient manner. The role is a Full-Time, Salary Technician/Skilled Labor/Contractor position in the automotive industry.
Compensation & Benefits:
The compensation for the Service Technician position is paid weekly. Salary range per year is $70,000.00 to $100,000.00. DELLA Auto Group offers a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for career growth and development.
Responsibilities:
- Perform diagnostic tests on vehicles to identify any issues and determine necessary repairs.
- Complete routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes, tire rotations, and filter replacements.
- Repair and replace parts and components, such as brakes, engines, and electrical systems.
- Use computerized diagnostic equipment to pinpoint problems and make necessary adjustments.
- Conduct quality control checks to ensure repairs are completed correctly and the vehicle is safe to drive.
- Keep accurate records of all repairs and maintenance performed on vehicles.
- Communicate with customers and provide excellent customer service by explaining repairs and answering any questions they may have.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines while working on vehicles.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- At least 1-2 years of experience as Honda automotive technician.
- ASE certification
- Strong understanding of mechanics and automotive systems.
- Proficient in using diagnostic equipment and tools.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Must have a valid driver's license.
