Are you an organized individual that pays attention to detail? If you answered yes, we want to talk to you! We are looking for an Body Shop office assistant to join our team!

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Scan all documents (deal jackets, repair orders, part slips, etc.)
• Answer telephone’s
• Cash out customers, and process deposits for sales dept.
• Assist Body Shop Manager and Estimator
• Place order for office supplies on a monthly basis
• Assist with other administrative responsibilities as needed
  
  
  

REQUIREMENTS:

• Automotive experience
• A Positive attitude
• Exceptional written & oral communication skills
• Ability to multi task
