Taking our technical skills to customer sites, we're responsible for everything from installation, configuration, and integration, through to maintenance, troubleshooting and repair. We also work closely with our designers, solution managers, and sales specialists to provide solutions.

What you'll achieve:

As a Field Service Engineer, you will support installations, maintenance, and data collection that accelerate issue resolution. You'll perform QC checks to ensure work meets standards for accuracy and repeatability. You will collaborate with customers and product teams to resolve inputs and keep schedules on track.

Responsibilities

You will:

• Create and run tests under guidance; prepare setups and instrumentation.
• Assist with template updates and maintenance of case repositories.
• Run QC on logs (units, references, metadata) and package results for reviews.
• Track tasks, versions, and approvals in workflow tools.

Essential Requirements

• 5 years of professional experience, plus either an Associate's Degree in a technical discipline OR an equivalent combination of professional experience and education
• Experience delivering technical Field Services supporting hardware and software at client sites
• Experience in a customer facing role, including successfully reporting and presenting to all levels of the organization
• Experience working in locations where client has a large, concentrated deployment of assets and experience with networking and Fiber
• Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs waist high to replace components on the server stacks

Desirable Requirements:

• Dell EMC Proven Professional Specialist Level certification (1 or more: CPSD (Converged, Hyper Converged) and Server (PowerEdge)
• Industry certifications CompTIA Certifications: Tech , A , Security , Network , etc. and Networking certifications CCNA or equivalent

Compensation

Dell is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The salary range for this position is $74,000 - 96,000.
