Lead HVAC Installer | $30.00 - $50.00 per hour

Position: Lead HVAC Installer
Pay: $30.00 - $50.00 per hour, depending on experience
Hours of Work: Monday to Friday: 7:00am - 4:00pm, with some overtime as needed
What you will be doing:
- Retrofit / Changeout of residential heating and air conditioning systems
- Ducted and ductless systems
- Installing Indoor Air Quality accessories, and ductwork
- Installing boilers
- Radiant heat and steam systems
- Test and balance systems
- Consult with customers and answer their questions
- Supervise the work of other installers, and train new installers
- Maintaining high-quality and timely job performance
Qualifications:
- 2 years of Residential HVAC installation experience
- EPA Universal Certification
- Strong mechanical skills
- Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
- Ability to complete an HVAC system startup
- Desire and commitment to learn and improve
- General knowledge of all HVAC low voltage systems
- Possess or acquire all needed tools
