We are looking for a motivated, upbeat Inside Sales Specialist to help take our business to the next level. If you're a self-starter with a passion for customer service, relationship building, and driving results - we want to hear from you!
This position will be participating in community events, festivals, trade shows, and off-site activities to drive visibility to potential customers and drive future sales. Contact existing customers for the purpose of renewing memberships, scheduling maintenance appointments, and coordinating commercial service agreement appointments.

Position: Inside Sales Specialist
Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm, ability to work weekends as needed
Pay Scale: $20.00 per hour commission
What You Will Be Doing:
- Work both indoors and outdoors
- In-field/public settings
- Participate in community events, local fests, etc.
- Supporting inside sales by following up with customers
- Engage with homeowners on the phone informing them about HVAC products and services, answer any questions, and address concerns
- Schedule appointments for HVAC sales representatives to conduct in-depth consultations and assessments
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow-up actions, ensuring a seamless transition of leads to the sales team
Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record
- 2 years of relevant experience
- Self-starter, reliable, flexible with hours
- Strong customer service skills
- Tech-savvy
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills on a sales level
- Able to work both independently and as part of a team
Physical Demands:
- Walking and standing for the majority of the shift during events
- Light lifting to transfer marketing materials to and from events
