ROUTE DELIVERY DRIVER (AMAZON PACKAGES)

Most delivery roles promise consistency — very few actually deliver it. We’ve built our operation differently, with scheduled routes, steady hours, and a pay structure that removes the guesswork from your week.

We are onboarding full-time drivers for our Hazleton, PA terminal team by connecting with candidates throughout the PA region who want a structured workday and a professional environment.

Pay & Scheduled Hours

• 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM fixed route schedule
• 40 hours available every week
• Overtime paid at 1.5× after 40 hours
• Weekly pay through direct deposit
• Paid training completed before first route
• $23.75/hour starting rate

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Complete assigned deliveries across the Hazleton area communities
• Drive company vehicles with responsibility and safety as the top priority
• Maintain delivery accuracy and scheduled expectations
• Provide a courteous and professional customer experience
• Complete deliveries through all seasonal weather changes
• Handle parcels when required by route type (not exceeding 50 lbs)

Requirements

• 21 years of age or older
• Valid driver’s license
• Strong attendance and safety awareness
• Communication skills for delivery updates when needed
• No delivery background required to start
