We're expanding our delivery team and looking for dependable full-time drivers from the Drums and surrounding areato join our operation based out of the Hazleton terminal.

This is a structured, full-time position with hourly pay, consistent scheduling, weekly payroll, benefits, paid training, and company-provided delivery vehicles.

STARTING PAY: $23.75 PER HOUR

• Full-time employment
• 40 hours available weekly
• Typical shift: 10:00 AM – 8:30 PM
• Overtime paid after 40 hours
• Weekly direct deposit

YOUR DAY STARTS WITH A PLAN

You'll report to our Hazleton terminal, meet with the team, prepare your company vehicle, and receive your assigned delivery route.

From there, you'll spend the day on the road completing residential and business deliveries throughout the surrounding communities.

You'll have the independence to manage your route while remaining connected to an operations team that's available throughout the day.

WE PROVIDE THE VEHICLE

There's no need to put delivery miles on your personal car.

During scheduled shifts, we provide:

• Company delivery van
• Route navigation technology
• Delivery equipment
• Paid training
• Operational support

No CDL is required.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Safely operate a company-provided delivery van
• Complete an assigned daily route
• Deliver packages to homes and businesses
• Use navigation and handheld delivery technology
• Enter and exit the vehicle frequently throughout the shift
• Organize and handle packages efficiently
• Provide professional service at delivery locations
• Communicate with the operations team when needed
• Follow established safety and vehicle procedures

Basic requirements include:

• Must be at least 21 years old and have 3 years driving experience
• Valid driver's license required
• Dependable attendance and punctuality
• Commitment to safe and responsible driving
• Comfortable working independently
• Professional communication and attitude
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Ability to safely lift and handle packages weighing up to 50 lbs when required
