Independent Contractor Appliance Delivery Driver / Installer — 1099
We are seeking an experienced independent contractor delivery driver/appliance installer for residential appliance deliveries. Contractors typically work as part of a two-person driver/helper delivery team and complete assigned delivery and installation jobs using a 26-foot box truck.
We're looking for an experienced professional with a clean driving record, box-truck experience, and appliance installation experience who takes pride in safe, efficient work and excellent customer service.

Scope of Work
Contracted services may include:
- Safely operating a 26-foot box truck for scheduled delivery routes.
- Transporting household appliances to residential delivery locations.
- Working with a driver/helper partner to safely move appliances.
- Completing appliance installation and basic setup when required by the delivery order.
- Protecting customers' homes and property during delivery and installation.
- Inspecting appliances for visible damage and documenting delivery exceptions or issues.
- Completing required delivery documentation.
- Performing appropriate vehicle safety checks before and after routes.
- Following applicable DOT, traffic, customer-site, and delivery safety requirements.
Contractor Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Demonstrated experience safely operating a 26-foot box truck.
- Previous appliance delivery and installation experience.
- Ability to safely lift, move, and maneuver large household appliances with a delivery partner.
- Knowledge of safe appliance handling and installation procedures.
- Professional and courteous communication with customers.
- Dependable and able to complete accepted delivery assignments safely and efficiently.
- English/Spanish bilingual ability preferred.
Independent Contractor Relationship
This is a 1099 independent contractor opportunity, not a W-2 employment position. Contractors are responsible for their own taxes and other obligations associated with independent contractor status. Applicable licensing, driving, safety, and insurance requirements must be maintained as required for the contracted work.
