What You’ll Do

• Oversee prescription processing, clinical verification, and dispensing
• Lead and support pharmacy staff with a safety-first, people-first mindset
• Provide patient counseling, MTM, and medication education
• Collaborate with local providers
• Administer vaccinations as needed
• Ensure compliance with Texas Pharmacy Board regulations
  
  

Requirements

What We’re Looking For:

• PharmD or RPh with an active Texas license
• Strong pharmacy operations and patient-care skills
• A leader who leans into a Culture of Care — for patients and teammates
• Community-minded, team-oriented professional
• PioneerRx / MatchRx experience preferred
• Spanish a plus
