Responsibilities
- Managing the staffing process (recruiting, interviewing, hiring/terminating and onboarding)·
- Provide performance management strategies to coach employees on Amazon standards·
- Ensure the organization's compliance with local, state and federal regulations·
- Process requests from EDD, Worker 's Compensation , child support and garnishments·
- Monitor the progress and work of back-end HR support
Qualifications
- Ability to multitask and manage a variety of processes at the same time· Ability to effectively discern and select quality Delivery Associate candidates· Ability to create a culture of diversity, collaboration, and teamwork
- 7pm-9:30 PM required at least 2 - 3 days per week, Flexible with the rest of your hours)· 4 - 5 days a week· Part -time hours per week)
