- Creative Leadership & Vision
- Establish and maintain the creative direction for all storytelling visual and audio projects.
- Translate the nonprofit’s mission into emotionally resonant stories, visuals, and campaigns.
- Ensure consistency across all visual art, video, and promotional content.
- Storytelling Art Style Guidelines & Development
- Build and maintain Storytelling Art Style Guidelines that define
- Visual Narrative Development
- Shape how real experiences and fictional stories are presented to reflect Deliverance Charities’ values.
- Music background development
- Manage Creative Production
- Oversee illustrators, designers, music producers, and digital creators and ads
- Review drafts, artwork, scenes, and scripts for quality, tone, and alignment.
- Provide clear direction, creative briefs, and feedback to keep projects on track.
- Coordinate multi-disciplinary teams to produce visual-based storytelling content, such as
- Digital illustrations
- Scene-based marketing visuals

- Organize creative timelines and ensure deadlines are met.
- Manage multiple storytelling projects simultaneously.
- Collaborate with Content Strategy and Resource Development teams for events, campaigns, and fundraising visuals.
- Build a unified creative identity for Deliverance Charities’ storytelling.
- Increase audience emotional engagement through powerful, visually driven content.
- Expand the storytelling universe (books, episodes, character side stories, scene-based visuals).
- Support fundraising, awareness, and community building through story content.
- Create repeatable guidelines so volunteers can confidently contribute high-quality visual and written content.
