Deliverance Charities is looking for a tech-savvy volunteer to help us bridge the gap between our two primary software ecosystems. We run our main operations on Google Workspace but utilize Microsoft 365 for project management via MS Planner. We need a specialist to create a seamless, "single sign-on" environment so our remote team can work efficiently without the friction of multiple logins. We need access to other apps as well.

Key Responsibilities
- Identity Federation Set up and maintain Single Sign-On (SSO) using Google Workspace as the primary Identity Provider for our Microsoft 365 subdomain.
- User Provisioning Configure automated workflows so that when new staff are added to Google, their accounts are automatically created in the Microsoft environment.
- Onboarding Support Assist in the technical setup of new remote team members to ensure they have immediate access to all necessary tools.
- Troubleshooting Serve as the "point person" for any authentication or access issues within the Google/Microsoft bridge.
- Technical Expertise Strong experience with Google Workspace Admin Console and Microsoft Entra ID (formerly Azure AD).
- Security Knowledge Familiarity with SAML 2.0, SCIM, and SSO protocols.
- Problem Solver Ability to work independently to research and implement workarounds for cross-platform integration.
- Communication Comfortable explaining technical steps to non-technical staff in a remote setting.
