What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Service/Sales Representative position at DeLisaGroup?
We are seeking a customer service/sales representative for one of our Manufacturing clients in Farmington, CT.
Hours: 7AM-4:30PM
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Customer and Vendor profiles database (QuickBooks and Access experience a plus).
- Compiling, maintaining and updating records: setting job costs, creating purchase orders, and receiving orders.
- Create documents and maintain database
- Customer Service Representative Functions
- Answer phone calls, respond to customer inquiries
- Maintain Customer information, developing relationship with customers
- Provide credit application to new Customers
- Manage Customer concerns, addressing any issues in a timely manner
- Work with the team to find appropriate solutions and implement process changes
- Develop customer quotes, as needed
- Other administrative and office responsibilities as needed
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Computer proficiency Microsoft Office Suite (QuickBooks is a plus)
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing urgent needs
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Experience in Manufacturing or Engineering a plus
