Precision Threaded Products is a leading manufacturer of ring and key lock studs and inserts, proudly serving the industry since 1940. We are seeking an experienced CNC Swiss Operator to join our manufacturing team.
Responsibilities
- Set up and operate multi-axis CNC Swiss machines, including Citizen.
- Read blueprints, setup sheets, and work instructions.
- Load material, change tools, deburr, and inspect parts.
- Optimize feeds and speeds and troubleshoot machining issues.
- Work with supervisors, engineering, and quality to resolve production issues.
- Complete inspection documentation and basic preventative maintenance.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of CNC machining experience.
- Experience setting up, operating, optimizing, and troubleshooting CNC Swiss machines.
- Familiarity with Mitsubishi and Fanuc controls.
- Experience with tooling and standard inspection equipment.
- CNC Swiss programming experience is a plus.
- Experience with Inconel, A-286, aerospace, or close-tolerance components is a plus.
