Waitress/Server

Overview
We are seeking an enthusiastic and passionate Server to join our team at this restaurant. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for attending to our customers and a flexible work schedule. As a Server, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality service while ensuring guest satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.

Duties

• Greet and welcome guests with a friendly demeanor, ensuring they feel valued and appreciated.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately using the HonorPOS system.
• Provide recommendations on menu items and assist guests with any dietary restrictions or preferences.
• Serve food and drinks promptly, ensuring that all orders are delivered correctly and timely.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including tables, utensils, and condiments.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure clear specifications for any modifications of orders.
• Uphold food handling standards to ensure the safety and quality of all menu items.
• Ensure all side work is done accordingly and collaborate effectively with other waitresses.

Experience

• Previous experience in a restaurant setting is preferred.
• Strong customer service skills with an ability to engage effectively with guests.
• Familiarity with food handling practices and safety regulations is advantageous.
• A positive attitude, teamwork mentality, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment are essential for success in this role.
• Long-term stay at this job is preferred instead of just summertime.
