Duties
- Greet and welcome guests with a friendly demeanor, ensuring they feel valued and appreciated.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately using the HonorPOS system.
- Provide recommendations on menu items and assist guests with any dietary restrictions or preferences.
- Serve food and drinks promptly, ensuring that all orders are delivered correctly and timely.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including tables, utensils, and condiments.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure clear specifications for any modifications of orders.
- Uphold food handling standards to ensure the safety and quality of all menu items.
- Ensure all side work is done accordingly and collaborate effectively with other waitresses.
Experience
- Previous experience in a restaurant setting is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with an ability to engage effectively with guests.
- Familiarity with food handling practices and safety regulations is advantageous.
- A positive attitude, teamwork mentality, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment are essential for success in this role.
