Delicious Cakes! in Addison, TX is looking for one pastry chef / cake decorator to join our 10 person strong team. We are located on 14819 Inwood Rd. Our ideal candidate is attentive, punctual, and engaged.

Hourly Tips

Requirements:

• Bake Dessert bar items and be able to expand to trendy sweets for the bakery
• Decorate custom cakes for customers
• Ideate with the head pastry chef on holiday desserts
• Fast work pace, great at managing a clean work area
• Excellent Buttercream piping and writing skills.
• Small pastry item work & decoration
• Acceptable verbal English communication skills
• Excellent work ethic and attention to detail
• Food Handler certification
• Language: English, Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
• Support the bakery team and help each other to complete all daily tasks.

Qualifications:

• Experience baking and decorating small desserts, cakes, etc
• Studied or i studying in culinary school in pastry program or similar
• Commercial Bakery experience a must
• Be accountable, responsible, and be on time for all scheduled shifts.
