Responsibilities
- Assist with daily living activities.
- Help with personal hygiene and dressing.
- Aid with mobility, walking, and physical therapy exercises.
- Provide additional patient care as needed.
- Monitor food intake and dietary needs.
- Track vital signs and health indicators.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma/GED.
- Certification: Valid Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA).
- Experience: Hands-on care experience, such as home care.
