Job Summary-Part time Deli Associate
Tuesday-Thursday 7:30 am to 2 pm
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Deli Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while preparing and serving a variety of deli products. You will play a key part in ensuring that our customers have a pleasant experience and receive high-quality food in a clean and safe environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Food Preparation: You’ll be prepping fresh ingredients for breakfast, sandwiches and salads, grab and go and ensuring everything is fresh and ready for the day's customers.
- Customer Service: Providing exceptional service is a big part of the role. You'll be making sandwiches and salads to order and ensuring each customer has a great experience.
- No Cash Handling: We use a kiosk system for transactions, so you can focus more on the food and the customers and less on handling cash.
- Stocking and Cleanliness: You'll be responsible for stocking coolers and shelves, and it's crucial to keep the location spotless by following both company guidelines and Village health codes.
Requirements
- Attention to cleanliness and food safety standards.
- Strong food preparation skills with knowledge of food handling practices.
- Experience in the food service industry, particularly in quick service or fast food restaurants.
- Strong customer service orientation with the ability to engage positively with customers.
- Knowledge of sanitation practices and food safety regulations within the kitchen environment.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
