Job Summary

We are seeking a few dedicated and enthusiastic Deli Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while preparing and serving salad, sandwiches, wraps, bowls and more. You will play a key part in ensuring that our customers have a pleasant experience and receive high-quality food in a clean and safe environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Food Preparation: You’ll be prepping fresh ingredients for breakfast, sandwiches and salads, grab and go and ensuring everything is fresh and ready for the day's customers.
- Customer Service: Providing exceptional service is a big part of the role. You'll be making sandwiches and salads to order and ensuring each customer has a great experience.
- No Cash Handling: We use a kiosk system for transactions, so you can focus more on the food and the customers and less on handling cash.
- Stocking and Cleanliness: You'll be responsible for stocking coolers and shelves, and it's crucial to keep the location spotless by following both company guidelines and Village health codes.
Requirements
- Attention to cleanliness and food safety standards.
- Strong food preparation skills with knowledge of food handling practices.
- Experience in the food service industry, particularly in quick service or fast food restaurants.
- Strong customer service orientation with the ability to engage positively with customers.
- Knowledge of sanitation practices and food safety regulations within the kitchen environment.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $18.50 per hour
Expected hours: 25 – 35 per week
