Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Great Chicago Area for an Assistant District Manager supporting and overseeing multiple cafeteria units. The responsibilities include supporting daily operations across assigned locations, ensuring food preparation and service meet company standards, and maintaining a high level of food safety. The Assistant District Manager will also optimize performance, train and support staff, and sustain a strong focus on exceptional customer service. This role starting paying range is $26-$28 per hour plus tips based on experience.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Food Preparation, Cooking, and Food Service operations
- Strong knowledge of Food Safety standards and compliance requirements
- Excellent Customer Service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction
- Leadership skills for managing and motivating multi-unit teams
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Experience in multi-unit food service management is a plus
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
