Deli Nerds is growing, and we’re looking for enthusiastic Front of House / Catering Expo staff to join our team! This unique role blends classic front-of-house hospitality with behind-the-scenes catering coordination.
✨ What You’ll Do:
- Greet guests, guide them through the menu, take orders, and create a welcoming dine-in experience.
- Handle cashier, FOH, and daily service duties (open/close, bussing, resetting tables).
- Cross-check Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) with kitchen prep to ensure accuracy.
- Review allergies, modifications, and special requests for catering orders.
- Package, label, and organize catering orders for smooth drop-and-go service.
- Communicate with drivers and the kitchen to keep everything running on time.

- Strong attention to detail & organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of food safety practices.
- Previous restaurant or catering experience a plus (but not required).
