Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced elementary school principal to lead our UPK-5 department. This 12-month position will begin on July 1, 2025. The ideal candidate will possess a Master's Degree and certification as NYS School Building Leader (SBL). A minimum of 5 years of experience in education is required.
Responsibilities:
- Lead a collaborative leadership team to drive student achievement
- Develop and implement effective instructional strategies
- Cultivate strong relationships with teachers, students, and parents
- Maintain knowledge of current research and best practices in elementary education
