Role Description
We are seeking a motivated and skilled full-time Lead Service Technician to join our team in Aston, PA. This on-site role entails performing maintenance and repair of heating, cooling, and electrical systems, troubleshooting technical issues in residential and commercial systems, and ensuring timely and efficient field services. The technician will also uphold high standards of customer service, maintain accurate service records, and support quality assurance protocols.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated expertise in Maintenance & Repair and proactive upkeep of HVAC and electrical systems.
- Strong skills in Troubleshooting and diagnosing technical issues effectively.
- Experience in performing Field Service with reliability and precision.
- Proficiency in Customer Service to communicate professionally and address client needs and concerns.
Additional considerations:
- Candidates with NATE or EPA certifications are strongly preferred.
- Experience with preventative maintenance agreements is a plus.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Valid driver’s license with a good driving record is required.
