Job Summary
The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a hunter mentality, skilled in building new business, managing key accounts, and driving consistent revenue growth. Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect, develop, and close new B2B accounts within assigned markets.
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with executives, property managers, and insurance carriers.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to closing and account growth.
  • Develop and execute territory plans to achieve and exceed annual revenue goals ($1M–$3M ).
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver outstanding client experiences.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and competitive activity to identify new opportunities.
Qualifications
  • Restoration background preferred but not required — strong closers from related industries are encouraged to apply.
  • Thrives in a competitive, results-driven environment with a strong desire to excel.
  • Self-starter who is confident in generating and developing their own business opportunities.
  • Highly motivated by performance and financial reward, with a proven record of exceeding sales goals.

Compensation
  • One of the most competitive commission structures in the industry.
  • On-Target Earnings (OTE): Up to $400K annually for top performers
