Responsibilities- Accurately pick and pack products according to order specifications.
- Ensure all packed items meet quality and safety standards before shipment.
- Label packages correctly and prepare them for delivery.
- Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization within the packing area.
- Report any discrepancies or damages to the supervisor immediately.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely order fulfillment.
- Participate in inventory counts as required.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior experience in warehouse packing or a similar role is a plus.
- Ability to follow instructions accurately and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail to ensure quality packing of products.
- Basic mathematical skills and the ability to count and verify items.
- Ability to lift and move boxes, with a maximum weight of 50 lbs.
- Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
