Job Description
THIS IS AN INSIDE SALES POSITION, AND NOT A WAREHOUSE POSITION.
PURPOSE
To provide assistance where needed in maintaining account workflow.
2.0 SCOPE
To request and maintain updates, logistics, and required documentation for all open projects.
Working hours are Monday – Friday, 8AM – 5PM. This is not a remote position.
3.0 Job Duties
Perform data entry and database management functions utilizing all Delcom programs: Q360, Smartsheets, Google Docs, etc.
Follow-ups on orders for the Account Manager.
Review existing orders and project for required documentation.
Route in-bound emails to the appropriate IAR and PM for extensive lead time products.
Maintain order ESDs, ETAs, and tracking information within Q360 and with the customer.
Assign tasks to Technical Sales and engineering to complete the required documents needed for an install.
Relay high priority information such as tracking, dates, ETS’s, etc. to Project Manager.
4.0 Requirements
Perform other duties as required by upper management.
Must be computer literate (Microsoft Office, Internet, Cellular/Wireless devices).
Must have conceptual knowledge of Sales Terms.
Must be able to multi-task and work without supervision.
Prior experience with construction sales is a plus!
Answer phone calls and relay messages.
Excellent Communication Skills
Excellent Customer Service Skills
