We’re hiring an HVAC Service & Installation Technician to support residential HVAC service calls, system replacements, maintenance, and installation projects. What You’ll Be Doing
- Install residential HVAC systems, equipment, and related components
- Assist with system replacements and upgrade projects
- Perform preventive maintenance and system tune-ups
- Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC equipment as needed
- Install ductwork and other system accessories
- Communicate clearly and professionally with homeowners
- Complete service reports and job documentation accurately
- Follow company safety procedures and quality standards
What We’re Looking For
You’ll likely succeed here if you:
- 3–4 years of HVAC installation experience
- Experience working in the HVAC field, including installation and/or service
- Ability to troubleshoot and identify HVAC system issues
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work
- Professional communication and customer service skills
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
- EPA Certification preferred
