Position: Bar Back
Job Type: Part-Time/Full-Time
Job Summary: As a bar back at Delbar, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our bar area. You will assist our bartenders by maintaining a clean and organized bar, restocking supplies, and providing excellent support to create a seamless guest experience. This position is perfect for individuals who are enthusiastic, detail-oriented, and have a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the bar area, including glassware, utensils, and equipment.
- Restock bar supplies, such as liquor, mixers, garnishes, and napkins.
- Ensure that all necessary items are readily available for bartenders to prepare drinks efficiently.
- Dispose of empty bottles and trash in accordance with the restaurant's guidelines.
- Maintain appearance and cleanliness of bar alongside bartenders.
- Assist in maintaining inventory levels and reporting any shortages.
- Assist bartenders in preparing and serving beverages to guests once beverage knowledge is demonstrated.
- Provide exceptional customer service by promptly fulfilling guest requests.
- Collaborate with the bar and waitstaff to ensure a seamless dining experience for our guests.
Qualifications:
- Previous bar back or restaurant experience is preferred but not required.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Strong work ethic and a commitment to teamwork.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
