We are dedicated to providing our guests with a remarkable dining experience, and we are currently seeking a passionate and experienced General Manager to lead our team for our Buckhead location 

Job Description

As General Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operations as well as leading your team with a culture of growth, development, and accountability. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the restaurant, from managing staff and ensuring exceptional guest experiences to driving financial performance and upholding the highest standards of quality.


Key Responsibilities

1. Leadership and Team Management

• Lead, mentor, and motivate the restaurant staff to deliver outstanding service.
• Recruit, train, and supervise employees, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback for continuous improvement.

2. Guest Experience

• Uphold the restaurant's high standards for service excellence.
• Interact with guests to ensure satisfaction and handle any guest concerns or complaints effectively.
• Maintain a welcoming atmosphere and ensure the restaurant is always impeccably clean and well-presented.

3. Operational Excellence

• Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations, ensuring seamless service and guest satisfaction.
• Develop and implement standard operating procedures to optimize efficiency.
• Manage inventory, control costs, and ensure adherence to budgetary guidelines.

4. Financial Management

• Monitor financial performance, analyze variances, and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Prepare budgets, track expenses, and maximize revenue opportunities.
• Collaborate with the finance department to ensure accurate financial reporting.

5. Menu Development and Quality Control

• Work closely with the culinary team to develop innovative and appealing menu offerings.
• Ensure consistency and high quality in food and beverage preparation and presentation.
• Collaborate with the chef to create seasonal menus and special promotions.

6. Compliance and Safety

• Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and licensing regulations.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in accordance with local and industry regulations.
• Conduct regular safety training sessions for staff members.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a General Manager in a fine dining restaurant or upscale hospitality establishment.
• Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Strong financial acumen and the ability to analyze financial data effectively.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive, hands-on approach to management.
• Exceptional knowledge of fine dining etiquette, wine, and cuisine.
• Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field (preferred).
