This is a full-time, on-site Salesperson role based in Upper Darby, PA. The Salesperson will be responsible for building and maintaining strong customer relationships, identifying sales opportunities, preparing and following up on quotes, and managing a portfolio of clients. Additional responsibilities include collaborating with other departments to ensure timely delivery of orders, meeting sales goals, and staying informed on industry trends and market developments.
- Strong sales and customer relationship management skills, with a proven ability to meet or exceed targets
- Proficiency in client communication, developing client-specific quotations, and negotiating contracts
- Understanding of the steel industry or similar manufacturing/distribution industries is preferred but not required
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with strong attention to detail
- Basic computer proficiency, including experience with CRM software or similar tools
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field preferred, though equivalent experience in a related role will be considered
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment and independently when needed
