About the Role
The Delivery Driver is responsible for safely and efficiently delivering fresh floral products to customers across assigned routes. This role plays a key part in ensuring on-time delivery, maintaining product quality, and providing excellent customer service that strengthens client relationships.
What You’ll Do
• Safely operate a refrigerated box truck to complete daily delivery routes
• Ensure accurate and on-time delivery of fresh floral products to customers
• Provide professional and courteous customer service during all deliveries
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness, organization, and basic operational readiness
• Load and unload product efficiently while protecting product quality
• Follow assigned routes and adjust as needed to meet delivery timelines
• Partner with warehouse teams to ensure accurate order fulfillment
• Maintain compliance with company policies, safety standards, and DOT regulations
Work Environment & Physical Requirements
This role requires the ability to work in a warehouse and refrigerated cooler environment (approximately 34°F) and to lift, carry, and move products up to 60 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation. The position also requires frequent standing, walking, bending, climbing in and out of a truck, and extended driving periods.

What You’ll Bring
• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
• 2 years of professional driving experience operating box trucks (16 ft or larger preferred)
• Valid driver’s license and ability to obtain DOT Medical Certification (CDL not required)
• Acceptable driving record
• Ability to safely lift and move up to 60 pounds
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to effectively use GPS and navigation tools for route management
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Dependable, self-motivated, and team-oriented approach
• Ability to pass pre-employment screenings
