- Maintain/stock office machines
- Accurately and promptly respond to requests for information/assistance; exercise professionalism, independent judgment and discretion with all stakeholders

- Prepare and maintain organized files and paperwork
- Enter absences and maintain student attendance records
- May act as liaison to District Office
