Position Overview
The Office Manager / Executive Assistant is a key operational role supporting the CEO and Vice President while ensuring the smooth day-to-day flow of the Delaware Restaurant Association and Delaware Restaurant Foundation.
This is a part-time, in-office role (Monday–Friday, 10:00 AM–2:00 PM) focused on execution, organization, and communication. This position helps keep the office running efficiently, supports leadership, and ensures members and partners receive timely, professional support.
Reports to the Vice President.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage scheduling, meeting coordination, and follow-ups for CEO and VP
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional office environment, inside and outside
- Answer calls, respond to emails, and track all communications
- Keep tasks, deadlines, and team workflow organized and moving forward
- Support meetings, board coordination, and note-taking
- Assists with events and trainings
- Submit invoices and maintain accurate records and systems
Schedule
- Monday–Friday, 10:00 AM–2:00 PM (in office, Dover)
- Consistent daily presence required
