Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner to join our team in an on-site role located in Dover, DE. and Milford DE. The role involves providing primary care services to patients of various age groups, including conducting examinations, diagnosing and treating illnesses, developing treatment plans, and educating patients on preventive care and healthy lifestyle practices. The Nurse Practitioner will collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic approach to patient care, maintain accurate medical records, and adhere to best practices and clinical guidelines.

Qualifications
- Strong clinical skills in diagnosis, treatment planning, and medical care delivery
- Proficiency in patient education, health promotion, and preventive care strategies
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to foster patient trust and collaborate with healthcare teams
- Ability to work independently, demonstrate critical thinking, and make informed clinical decisions
- Current Nurse Practitioner license and certification, along with a Master's degree in Nursing or related field
- Experience in family or primary care settings is highly desirable but willing to take fresh graduates
