*PATIENT COORDNATOR/RECEPTIONIST
We are a fast- paced dental specialty practice seeking a professional, efficient, upbeat & kind scheduling coordinator. Must have outstanding verbal communication, strong typing, computer and file management skills and outstanding customer service skills. Primary duties include: scheduling new patients and hygiene patients, verifying insurance, auditing appointment readiness, patient check in/out, interoffice correspondence, and general receptionist duties managing electronic files. Other responsibilities include, various clerical tasks and supporting team members, as needed. Room for growth with demonstrated successes. Dental experience a plus, though willing to train the right person. Compensation commensurate with education & experience. Generous benefits for full time including: medical dental and vision insurance, PTO, holidays, 401k with match M-TH 7:35a-5p- Fridays 8a-1p.
