Pay
Minimum – Anticipated Maximum Base Salary: $95,900 – $129,400 / year
In addition to base salary, we offer an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. What will you do?
- Develop and implement agile technical principles that balance business needs, operational efficiency, and transformation excellence
- Drive the global deployment of cohesive, data-centric technologies while ensuring future-proof solutions in collaboration with stakeholders
- Identify and mitigate risks through proactive analysis, enforcing governance, and providing solutions that align with business objectives

- Ensure compliance with company policies, security protocols, and standards while designing, developing, and enhancing solutions
- Workday Security and API development, business processes, and integrations
- Design event-driven intelligent automation agents triggered by Workday transactions, leveraging Workday AI/Extend capabilities
- Integration Testing and Automation using Continuous Integration
More about you
- Minimum 7 years of experience with Workday integration types, including EIB, Core Connectors, Cloud Connect, Workday Studio, BIRT, Boomerang integrations, Extend, and Orchestrate
- Experience with Workday Recruiting, HiredScore, and Paradox frameworks and native integrations
- Excellent organizational, oral, and written communication skills
- Ability to effectively collaborate with business users and vendors to address development issues
- Ability to effectively triage and track issues through to resolution
- Passion for delivering high-quality and meaningful results
- Application development and script automation experience leveraging HCM-delivered APIs
- Familiarity with RESTful Web Services and APIs
- Experience with creating HCM workflows and custom connectors
- Understanding of HR/Payroll Processes and data structures
