The Opportunity
Delaware North is hiring a Social Customer Care Agent to join our Buffalo call center team. As a Social Customer Care Agent, you will act as a representative of Delaware North and be responsible for communicating with guests via a variety of social media platforms such as Facebook and Twitter. If you have experience using various social media platforms, tools, and technologies, a solid understanding of delivering guest service excellence, and a passion for social media, then this role is for you.
This is a full-time, remote position. Pay Rate: $15.00 per hour!
Responsibilities
- Monitor social media channels.
- Respond quickly and professionally to social channel engagements on Facebook, Twitter, and other platforms.
- Provide consistent service to guests.
- Use creative problem solving to resolve issues.
- Become a brand ambassador with strong product knowledge.
- Escalate guest dissatisfaction to the appropriate department.
- Attend and actively participate in department meetings.
- Follow protocol and adhere to guidelines.
Qualifications
- Previous customer service experience, including written forms of customer service.
- Excellent written communication skills: grammar, sentence structure, and spelling.
- Ability to work independently and maintain organization.
- Experience using various social media platforms.
- Computer literate with the ability to learn new applications quickly.
- Positive attitude with proven ability to work well with teams.
- Strong typing skills.
