- $10/day commuter bonus for 35 miles, and $20/day for 50 miles
Responsibilities
- Train, schedule and supervise banquet associates.
- Conduct daily function meetings with banquet managers and associates before events.
- Ensure all company policies,service procedures and safety standards are followed.
- Maintain communication with both the banquet and kitchen team to ensure guests receive the best quality service and experience.
- Other duties assigned.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 6 months experience in a supervisory position.
- Excellent customer service and employee relation skills.
- Must be able to work flexible hours to include nights, weekends and holidays.
- Basic math and counting skills required.
- A valid California Drivers License is required
- ServSafe Manager Certification is required within 30 days of employment
- California ABC RBS Certification is required within 30 days of employment
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift or carry up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to stand or walk for 8 hour shifts.
- Possible exposure to high volume of noise.
