What will you do?
- Correctly and safely use a wide variety of Warehouse equipment and tools
- Learn to use company software programs, read and interpret company and vendor documents
- Receive products, check for quality and damages, properly label and distribute to multiple stores, and ensure proper storage
Perform physical inventory counts as needed - Process requests for supplies; prepare merchandise for delivery and shipping
- Properly build and wrap pallets for store delivery
- Assist with offloading and loading company delivery trucks
- Follow the environmental management program standard and all warehouse safety and security procedures
More about you
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- 1 year of warehouse experience preferred
- Must be able to follow basic safety procedures and precautions
- Basic math and counting skills required
- No high school diploma or GED required
Physical requirements
- Ability to pull heavy carts of stock, move pallets up to 1200 pounds with electric and manual pallet jacks, and lift up to 50 pounds
- Frequent standing, walking, bending, and lifting during the entire length of the shift
- Ability to climb up and down 3’-12’ ladders with items and boxes
- Ability to work in a variety of temperatures and a dusty and noisy warehouse environment
- Must wear proper work attire, including safety shoes
