The opportunity
Delaware North Parks and Resorts is hiring a Team Members Housing and Programs Manager to join our team at our properties in West Yellowstone, Montana. In this fast-paced and exciting environment, no two days will be the same. As a Team Members Housing and Programs Manager, you will be providing operational support to leaders and team members, successfully overseeing team members housing, recreation, training, and transportation programs.

Pay
Minimum – Anticipated Maximum Base Salary: $56,900 – $76,800 / year
In addition to base salary, we offer an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. What will you do?
- Work closely with Human Resources and department managers to ensure a positive living and work environment
- Develop and oversee the check-in and check-out process, report any necessary corrective action needed for housing guidelines violations, assist in general relations between team members, local authorities, and Delaware North to ensure compliance with company policies and regulations, and all housing directives
- Supervision of Housing Attendants and Drivers, as well as managing schedules and following up on all cleaning, landscaping, general maintenance, and deficiencies related to housing
- Work closely with the maintenance department and outside contractors for any repairs and issuing of work orders
- Coordinates, sources, and administers capital projects for company housing
- Works with the leadership to plan and schedule team member activities, field trips, and events to promote a healthy, balanced work-life environment
- Ability to frequently drive company vehicles
More about you
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in HR, operations, or management, preferably in a seasonal environment, including high volume non-exempt workers, with a minimum of 3 years’ supervisory experience
- No college degree required
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong financial expertise, analytical skills, organizational skills, attention to detail, and follow-through, proficient in all Microsoft Office products, including advanced proficiency in Excel
- Capacity for occasional travel, generally within the state, including driving in winter conditions
- Must possess a valid driver’s license
