Delaware North Sportservice is hiring seasonal Concessions Supervisors to join our team at Truist Park in Atlanta, Georgia. As a Concessions Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading team members to provide exceptional guest service.

This is a seasonal position that works during the baseball season. The season starts in March and goes until October, pending possible playoff schedule.

What will you do?
- Assign duties to scheduled team members and assist with training
- Investigate and resolve complaints regarding food quality, service, or accommodations
- Manage labor and profit loss
- Ensure proper cash handling and tip record-keeping for the shift
- Assist guests, stock shelves, count inventory, and perform cashier duties when necessary
More about you
- Minimum of 2 years’ of supervisory experience required
- Must be able to implement rules and direct employees
- Ability to anticipate and fulfill guest needs while thriving in a fast-paced environment
- No college degree required
- Experience working in a stadium preferred
Physical requirements
- Constant standing, walking, bending, reaching, and repetitive motions
- Ability to lift stock up to 50 pounds occasionally
- Will be required to work outdoors or in variable temperatures and weather conditions depending on the season
