Delaware North’s Patina Group is seeking a full-time Restaurant Manager to join our team at The Edison in Lake Buena Vista, Florida. Pay
Minimum – Anticipated Maximum Base Salary: $55,300 – $74,600 / year
In addition to base salary, we offer an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. The advertised pay range represents what we believe at the time of this job posting, that we would be willing to pay for this position. Only in special circumstances, where a candidate has education, training, or experience that far exceeds the requirements for the position, would we consider paying higher than the stated range. What will you do?
- Lead daily floor operations to ensure exceptional guest experiences, proactively addressing service issues and resolving guest concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Scheduling and assigning tasks for service team members, and monitoring shift responsibilities, ensuring actions are in line with company quality, sanitary, and legal standards
- Assist with team member training, monitor their performance, and keep open communication for needed corrections
- Assist with administrative tasks, including ordering and bar inventory
More about you
- Minimum of two years’ experience in a managerial position in a restaurant with a similar style of dining, capacity, and volume
- ServSafe, Food Safety Handler, and Training for Intervention Procedures (TIPS) certification preferred but not mandatory
- Strong computer skills; Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel,
- No degree required
