What will you do?
- Greet guests and provide friendly, professional service while answering questions and sharing event information
- Process payments for bag check services and concert retail while maintaining accurate sales records
- Inspect, secure, and return checked bags using claim tickets and designated storage procedures
- Enforce arena security policies related to bag restrictions and coordinate with security to address concerns or prohibited items
- Stock merchandise, maintain back stock for designated shows, and support retail operations as needed
- Maintain a clean, organized bag check office and ensure an efficient guest experience throughout events
- Log, track, and distribute lost and found items while supporting overall event operations and guest assistance
More about you
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Reliability, punctuality, and a positive attitude
- Previous experience in hospitality, security, or event services is a plus
- No degree required
Physical requirements
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds
