Pay
Minimum – Anticipated Maximum Base Salary: $54,600 – $73,700 / year
In addition to base salary, we offer an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. The advertised pay range represents what we believe at the time of this job posting, that we would be willing to pay for this position. Only in special circumstances, where a candidate has education, training, or experience that far exceeds the requirements for the position, would we consider paying higher than the stated range. What will you do?
- Deliver proactive account management for Boston Garden Society clients, ensuring exceptional membership experiences and high satisfaction
- Achieve or exceed annual renewal revenue goals through contract management, early extensions, and client upgrades
- Respond to client inquiries across multiple channels, provide training on membership and ticketing platforms, and oversee amenities and services
- Cultivate strong client relationships by attending events, understanding client needs, and proposing solutions to optimize experience and retention
- Assist with planning and execution of special events, activations, and new amenity programs to enhance engagement and drive profitability
More about you
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Microsoft Office, Salesforce, or similar CRM experience; Ticketmaster Archtics experience preferred
- Minimum of 1 year of sales or retention experience
- Detail oriented, diplomatic, and empathetic, with exceptional customer service skills
- Ability to close sales
