Boston Bruins are hiring a Graduate Assistant to join our Foundation team at TD Garden in Boston, Massachusetts.

What will you do?
- Assist the Boston Bruins Foundation President, Manager, and Coordinator with daily activities and responsibilities
- Review and respond to donation requests
- Keep inventory of all signed memorabilia and items, as well as plan and assist with all team signings
- Operate and manage BBF game day table in arena as well as conduct all game day responsibilities
- Lead and assist all interns
- Create schedules for all interns for office and game days
- Manage and assist with all scoreboard requests that benefit the Boston Bruins Foundation
- Assist Coordinator with all social media platforms
- Respond to local charity requests
- Assist in organizing and conducting Boston Bruins Foundation events such as the Boston Bruins Golf Tournament, Player Events, BFit Challenge, Pucks and Paddles, and others
- Manage Boston Bruins Foundation databases, including those related to events, grants, and donations
- Communicate daily with Bruins Foundation supporters, fans, and others on a range of Foundation topics
More about you
- Pursuing a Master’s degree
- Experience with computer applications with emphasis on Microsoft Office programs (i.e., Excel, Word, etc.) and Canva
- Required to work all game days and major events and have a flexible schedule.
